PC has no 32-bit alias. It is read as a full 64-bit value, and instructions that name it do not have a W form.
Notes
Holds the address of the instruction currently executing. Instructions read PC as the address of that instruction plus four, so a PC-relative load always sees the next instruction. ADR and ADRP are the only ways to read it directly.
